More Description for Pentalift 302-0390
Limit switches are activated on dock levelers after trucks have departed from loading docks and dock levelers need to be returned to their stored position. Limit switches ensure that the dock leveler is retracted to the right position – six to eight inches above the dock height – for proper storage. This limit switch is for Rite Hite dock levelers. It is a replacement part for limit switches that are failing or have failed, making it impossible to get the dock leveler back to its correct stored position.
